Coaching

Coaching starts with understanding who you, or your group, really is.  From this starting point, coaching places another perspective alongside, stretching and growing people to gently see a more empowering way in their vision, planning, faith, leadership, personal development, and more.

Sheldon is a Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with Maxwell Leadership.  This experience brings depth, connectivity, and tools to you or your organization.  Sheldon has coached dozens of individuals including professional athletes, executive leaders, pastors, team leaders, and other individuals wanting to find purpose and solve problems. He’s also coached teams in non-profits, higher education, student organizations, youth groups, churches and more.  His approach is discussion based, humorous, relaxed, informed, and seeks to make personal and collective lives better.

Sheldon offers two levels of coaching:

Individual Coaching – one on one private and confidential coaching

Working one-on-one is designed to help individuals solve challenges, or to reach their purpose, vision and goals by working through conversations and programs specific to individual needs. Together, the goal is to create a strategic, powerful plan for each person to gain clarity through relaxed discussion, interaction and accountability.

Group Coaching – small or large setting coaching

Working in a group setting is designed to help teams embrace thinking that magnifies the discussions and solutions that are above and beyond what any individual can create. The cohesive bond that is formed empowers each person to develop the leader within, tackle tough issues, and shine in a safe environment that nurtures the group as a whole.

Both individuals and groups want to achieve their potential.  Sheldon understands the need for deep conversations, confidentiality, learning opportunities, and honest and clear talk.

We’re happy to help individuals and groups develop those deep conversations that lead to deeper leadership and life; let’s grab a tea and have a conversation; connect now.
