Sheldon has worked with both public and private campuses for almost twenty years.  His areas of expertise are in strategic enrolment management, leadership development, enhancing the student experience, and faith-based education.  Through enrolment and student experience programs he’s led, campuses have seen over 10% increases in first time students, over 89% student satisfaction ratings, over 13% increases in persistence and retention, and more.

While deeply understanding the local educational landscape through serving in executive leadership at two different post-secondary institutions, and as a Governor at a third, Sheldon is also an Associate Consultant with the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) a network of 11,000 higher education professionals, representing 2,600 institutions in more than 40 countries. He’s also a Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with Maxwell Leadership. These relationships provide exceptional access to resources and tools for your campus.

Sheldon was two-term president with the Atlantic Association of Registrars and Admissions Officers (AARAO) working with high school fairs and with the enrolment service professionals of the universities and colleges in Atlantic Canada, and is the recent recipient of the 2019 AARAO Leadership and Service Award.
